NPA on Retroreflectivity of Pavement Markings – NCUTCD Response to Docket

On April 22 the FHWA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) on minimum levels of retroreflectivity for pavement markings with comments due by August 20.  On July 1, 2010 the NCUTCD Council approved a response to this docket as recommended by the Markings Technical Committee.  This response was submitted to the docket on July 16, 2010 as an official recommendation of NCUTCD.
