NCUTCD Annual Meeting - January 6-8, 2010 – Hilton Crystal City Hotel, Arlington, Virginia

Date and Location

The 2010 Annual Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held January 6-8, 2010 at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia

Click here for a preliminary agenda. The technical committees will be meeting during the afternoon and evenings of Wednesday and Thursday and the NCUTCD Council will meet Thursday and Friday mornings.

before December 15, 2009 for the early registration rate. After that, or registering at the door, the fee is higher. If you are not able to send the registration form with a check by December 15, please plan to register at the door. The registration fee covers continental breakfasts and breaks. Fees for luncheons are separate.

Note: Registrations received after December 15 or received without a check will be required to pay the late registration fee.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate credit cards, so please include a check with your registration form. The NCUTCD federal tax ID number is on the top of the registration form.

Hotel Information

Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Hilton at 1-800-Hiltons (800-445-8667). When you call, please state that you are attending the “NCUTCD 2010 Annual Conference” to get the special rate of $149.00 single or double. The cut-off date for reservations is December 15, 2009. After that, reservations are accepted on an availability basis.

Transportation

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport. There are phones in the baggage area that connect directly to the hotel. Call upon arrival and the hotel shuttle will pick you up. The hotel is only about ten minutes from the airport.

Parking

A discounted parking fee of $10.00 per day will be granted to meeting attendees.
