NCUTCD Annual Meeting - January 7-9, 2009 - Arlington, Virginia

Date and Location

The 2009 Annual Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held January 7-9, 2009, at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. The Hilton is adjacent to Reagan National Airport.

Agenda

A final agenda for the meeting will be posted on the NCUTCD website later. Normally, technical committee meetings are scheduled for all afternoon and evening Wednesday and Thursday and Council general sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Hotel Information

Room rates at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel will be $139.00 single or double. Complete reservation information will be posted later.

Transportation

The Hilton provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport. You can call the Hilton from courtesy phones located throughout the airport or just wait at the curb and a shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes. From Dulles or BWI airports, you will have to catch a cab, rent a car or take the airport limo to Reagan National airport, then catch the Hilton shuttle. Parking at the Hilton is $8.00 per day for NCUTCD delegates.
