NCUTCD Summer Meeting - June 20-22, 2012 - Wyndham Orlando Resort – Orlando, Florida

The 2012 Summer Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held June 20–22, 2012, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. More information on the hotel can be seen at their Facebook page at http://www...facebook.com/wyndhamorlando.

Click here for a preliminary agenda. The Technical Committees will be meeting during the afternoon and evenings of Wednesday and Thursday and the NCUTCD Council will meet Thursday and Friday mornings.

before May 18, 2012 for the early registration rate. After that, or registration at the door, the fee is higher. If you are not able to send the registration form with a check by June 8, please plan to register at the door. The registration fee covers continental breakfasts and breaks.

Note: Registrations received after May 18 or received without a check will be required to pay the late registration fee.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate credit cards, so please include a check with your registration form. The NCUTCD federal tax ID number is on the top of the registration form.

Hotel Information

Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Wyndham at 1-800-421-8001. When you call, please state that you are attending the NCUTCD 2012 Conference to get the special rate of $97.00 single or double. The cut-off date for reservations is May 30, 2012. After that, reservations are accepted on an availability basis.

Transportation

Transportation from the Orlando Airport is available at $19.00 one-way and $30.00 round trip for adults (children rates are discounted). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Universal Orlando, Wet n Wild and Sea World on a first come-first served basis. Transportation to Disney World is $15.00 round trip. Reservations must be made for pickup and return.

The hotel is located on Orlando's famous International Drive with shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The I-Ride trolley picks up in front of the hotel every 15-20 minutes providing service to all points along International Drive at a cost of $1.25 per ride with day and multi-day passes available.
