The 2018 Summer Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held June 20-22, 2018, at the Renaissance Stapleton Hotel in Denver, Colorado.  More information on the hotel can be seen at their webpage: www.marriott.com/densa​.

Click here for a preliminary agenda​​​. The technical committees will be meeting during the afternoon and evenings of Wednesday and Thursday and the NCUTCD Council will meet Thursday and Friday mornings.​

Registration Information:

Registration may be done either on-line using a credit card or by sending a registration form and check.


On line Registration:

By clicking below you will be taken to a page where you must enter your email address, then to a registration form. At the end of the registration form, you must create a password which will allow you to go back and review or change your information, cancel your registration, etc. Please make a note of that password. If you already created a password for previous NCUTCD meetings, that will still work. Then you will enter credit card information. You will be sent an email confirming your registration. The deadline for the early registration fee of $170 is May 27, 2018. If you register after that, the fee is $220. If you have any problems or have questions, call Bob Garrett at (623) 680-9592.

Mail In Registration

before May 28, 2018 for the early registration rate. After that, or registering at the door, the fee is higher. If you are not able to send the registration form with a check by June 2, 2018, please either register on-line or plan to register at the door. The registration fee covers continental breakfasts and breaks.

Note: Registrations received after June 2, 2018, or received without a check, will be required to pay the late registration fee.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate credit cards for mail registration, so please include a check with your registration form. The NCUTCD federal tax ID number is on the top of the registration form.

Hotel Information

Room rates at Renaissance are:  $180.00

Reservations received after May 26 will be at a higher rate.

The hotel provides complimentary internet service in guest rooms for our delegates as well as indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness center.

Transportation

Transportation from the Denver International airport (DIA) to the hotel is available by taxi, Uber, shuttles and the Denver Light Rail system.  The light rail leaves from the airport every 15 minutes and the travel time is 23 minutes to the Central Park Station.  A 2-4-minute free shuttle from the station to the hotel is available by calling the front desk at 303-399-7500.  The train fare is $9.00 one way and tickets can be purchased on rail line platforms at ticket vending machines.
